Greetings from Troop 45!

We are excited that you want to be a part of our exciting Scouting Journey! Our Troop meetings for both boys and girls occur every Tuesday at 1830 in the day room of Building 1561 on Yokota AB, Japan. We do have a welcome packet for new scouts to include a free Scout Handbook after they are enrolled.  Please ensure you check-in with Troop leadership when you arrive (they’ll be adults in uniform). Also, if you decide to join the leadership team, we use a Signal (www.signal.org) group chat to communicate regularly and the Scouts (and any adult who wants to join) leverage a Discord (discordapp.com) channel to plan and communicate regularly – even during activities. Talk to leaders at the meeting and we’ll be sure to get you and/or your Scout(s) connected to these.

We are a very busy Troop that meets weekly with around 9 active girls, 24 active boys, and at least 1 monthly camping trip.  We look forward to sharing in the Scouting Adventure with you!
